Our journey began in 1967 with the establishment of our first Indian Oil (IOCL) Retail Outlet. In 1968, we expanded into the commercial vehicle spare parts business. From these strong foundations, we steadily grew into a multi-faceted enterprise under the visionary leadership of Mr. Satish Malpani.

A man of his word and a die-hard negotiator, he serves as the chief coordinator of the Group. Coming from a humble background, he is guided by strong, deeply rooted values. A B.Com graduate having a strong command over numbers, supported by perseverance, discipline, and a never-give-up attitude, reflecting the belief that formal education alone does not define capability. His advice is not only sought after within the industry but also beyond, across social initiatives, family enterprises, and community matters.
Having started his journey as an employee, he brings a practical and grounded understanding of business, and with that foundation, he has built his own empire brick by brick. He remains closely involved across functions, lending support from project inception and execution to accounting and post-implementation activities, ensuring clarity and consistency across all verticals.
With over three decades of experience in the industry, Mr. Vikas Malpani began his journey at the young age of 16. A man of few words, he is widely regarded as the backbone of the organisation and the trusted right hand of the Chairman.
He heads Purchase and Finance, bringing consistency, discipline, and reliability to the Group’s core functions. Known for his exceptional work ethic, his commitment remains unwavering, often working beyond conventional hours, with little distinction between day and night.
Driven by a constant desire to explore new frontiers, Mr. Ronak Malpani brings innovation and forward thinking to the Group. A Civil Engineer with a Master’s specialisation in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure, and a strong command over technology, he focuses on making complex systems simpler, more practical, and easier to adopt across the organisation.
He plays a key role in identifying and implementing new technologies and process improvements that strengthen operations and prepare the business for the future. Beyond the workplace, he actively travels to study emerging technologies and global best practices, translating these insights into meaningful, long-term value for the company.
With more than five decades of industry experience, Mr. H. M. Gokhale has been closely associated with the Malpani family and the organisation right from day one of his career. Known for his deep industry knowledge and extensive network, he brings invaluable insight and guidance to the business.
A highly dedicated and dependable professional, he continues to play an important role in supporting the Group’s operations and strengthening relationships across the industry.
